Do you charge me the design fee every year?
No, design fee is a one-time charge, if after intitial design you decide to make design changes, we will quote you a reasonable re-design fee. Please rest assured that almost all our clients do not want a change. Unless, of course if they change professions or companies.
You only pay $120 per year for hosting & maintenance.
Do I have to use my logo and/or image?
No, we design and develop Nue Cards from scratch to fit your needs. So, you tell us what you will use your Nue Card for and we will accomedate.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, the minimum for non-enterprise plans is 1 year, paid up-front.
What payment methods you accept?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express). We use Stripe for our payment processing.
Do you provide a physical card with NFC capability?
Yes, you will recieve a Free NFC coded card to carry for touch-less situations.
What if I want to use a different image later on my card?
You can certainly request a change and we will be happy to accomodate for a nominal design fee.
Can I use Google or Facebook pixel on my card?
Yes, we will be happy to install them on your card.
It is a smart decision and you can also combine it with your Google Analytics' account.
How long has Nue Cards been around?
We started making digital cards in 2017, and every year we strive for better designs and functionalities.
Why I haven't seen any advertising from the Nue Cards before?
Well, 85% of our new clients are referrals from current card holders, we are bespoke brand aiming to provide a custom product for discriminating taste.
Word is getting out, we most prefer to reward our current clients for their referrals.
I live in a non-English speaking country, do you offer cards in other languages?
Yes, we offer and have done cards with multiple languages in one, there is an extra charge for each language.
Currently we have cards in Norwegian, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
Can my Nue Card be added to the contacts?
Of course, we upload your vCard into your Nue Card and with a simple touch it can be downloaded to the contacts of phones or desktop.
How can I share my Nue Card?
You can share it via text, email, NFC, QR Code, Air Drop, Social Media channels, Signature line of your email,..
We have pre-populated your message so all you need to do is the contact info.
